3D Pressure Vessel Modeling Command in AutoCAD



Parametric 3D Pressure Vessel Modeling in AutoCAD

By using this command you can make 3D model of vertical pressure vessel by using vessel parameters.
Then it is easy to generate Elevation View and Plan view from 3D Model.

Current Features
01) Generates 2:1 Ellipsoidal Head in 3D
02) Generates Shell in 3D
03) Generates Skirt & Anchor Chair as per PIP in 3D
04) Generates Nozzle Neck (Standard Pipe or Fabricated) at any elevation or orientation on shell in 3D
05) Generates Reinforcement Pad for Shell Nozzles in 3D

Following features will be added soon:
01) Weld Neck or Slip On Flanges (Standard or Non Standard) on Nozzles
02) Radial Nozzles on Heads
03) Forged Nozzles (Self Reinforced Nozzles)
04) Lifting & Tailing Lugs along with checking of interference of shackle with head
05) Lifting Trunnion & Tailing Lug
06) Pipe Support Clips
07) Column Davit
08) Manways (Hinge Type or Davit Type)
09) Tilt or Offset type nozzles on shell or heads
10) 3 Blade or 4 Blade Vortex Breaker on Nozzles
11) Vessel BOM Summaries (Plate BOM, Pipe BOM, Flange BOM, etc)
